This is a fantastic property and very well maintained! 5 mins to a beautiful beach and has an awesome pool as well. Very safe and secure! Highly recommended to any families looking to rent.

Jax Beach Yearly Fishing Trip

Each year myself and my son and his 3 best friends have been coming to Jax Beach and staying at this specific property going on 4 years straight now. We all love the house and pool plus the location is perfect for restaurants, access to the beach and fishing over at Mayport.

Great house very close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and clean. There was a lot of beach gear and it was a very short walk to the beach.

Excellent House

We loved it! It was clean, had enough beds for our family. Had a great, clean pool. It was close to everything and had awesome beach access, very close walk. Thanks for a great stay!

Mold mold mold

My friend slept in her vehicle. I in the den. The mold in the bedrooms was suffocating. They offered to move on the evening of the last night and then told us we’d have to find a spot as they had nothing available. Customer service was a nightmare. We stayed out as much as possible. We all ended up with upper respiratory congestive. On the evening of the second day they brought an air purgfer which helped a little Vasca was horrible with customer service. I was told there would be compensation. I have heard nothing.

Great location, lovely pool

Loved my stay here. Pool was great, outdoor space was fab. Ideal location for exploring and close to the beach. Only recommendations I’d make is upgrade the bathrooms as they are dated and put another TV in the second bedroom for rainy Jax days :)

Short getaway

We had a great time for our long weekend visiting family. The location was perfect and the house was fully stocked. Highly recommend and will stay again.

The house is perfect, Management not so much

The house was perfect even though this is the first time I was unable to give a five star review. Pros- Nice house with a large open floor plan, the family room looks out onto the pool. The pool is huge (unheated ), the backyard is so beautiful we spent a large portion of our time there. The house amenities make it easy to feel at home, and the decorations are attractive. This house is located on a quiet residential street with just a very short walk to the beach. Catching morning sunrises with ease. The house is also conveniently located to a gas station, grocery store, ice cream shop, and coffee shop. This home is a real gem where you can make real memories with your family. Cons- Trying to contact Management will send you to a main office, but you will not speak to any local managers or local cleaners. I forgot a sentimental and pricey necklace on the master bedroom end table and contacted Management at 1 PM the day of check out. This is at least two hours before any new guest can check into the house. I was told on the 8th and 9th that they are still trying to get in touch with local management to just know that they are trying to locate the necklace. Today is the 10th and still no word. I don’t understand why they can’t locate their local Management or my necklace I told them exactly where it was. My only other con would be the windows need cleaned. Overall the owner gets 5 stars but the management would get 3 stars, so I rated my stay at 4 stars.

Cute house

There are no TVs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and no TV in the one main living area. I would recommend more TVs ESPECIALLY if you plan on bringing children

Family get-away

We enjoyed our little vacation in this beach house. Short walk to the beach. There is a shed out back that has all the things needed for the beach! Chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, toys, and even a surf board. The backyard was beautiful, it was so nice to come from the beach and chill in the pool. The kitchen has everything you need for a BBQ. We will definitely be coming back to stay!
