Located 660 feet from the ocean, this family-friendly home promises an unforgettable beachside experience. Spend sun-filled days splashing in the surf and relaxing on the sand, then return home to play fun yard games in the enclosed backyard.

Spread out between two living rooms in the spacious interior. Unwind and watch TV in the main living room, or peruse a collection of board games and gather around the coffee table in the second living room for a family game night. Whip up favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with a full suite of appliances and a four-seat table. Share special meals in the dining room with a large table set for six. Highlights include a desk in the primary suite (perfect for remote work), a washer/dryer, and central air conditioning.

A beautiful, quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the ocean beach. The home was well equipped and the layout of the home made it easy for everyone to enjoy the home in different way. A place to read and a place for family games without bothering each other.

Quick trip to Mayo Clinic

Came in town for a couple days of appointments and checkin process was smooth, house was in a great location for Mayo, the beach, and anything we needed to pick up. Enjoyed the quiet, peaceful area and will definitely look to stay here again if we have to come back to Mayo.

Great house, great neighborhood

This one story house is a very short walk from the beach and in a friendly neighborhood. The house is perfect and comfortable for our family of 4. Would stay here again.

House was clean and roomy. TV’s were not particularly user friendly. Neighborhood was really nice, nice neighbors. Great location to the beach and shopping and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay. Would stay here again

Family trip

The house fit us perfectly. Our family came in to town for a wedding and needed that extra space. The yard was great and proximity to the beach was awesome! Great stay

This house was just as advertised. Very clean, spacious and amazing location and neighborhood. If you want to hang out outside in the backyard you have to bring your own chairs, as there are non provided. This was the only thing that could use a little tweaking. But other than that it was perfect. We will be back.

Great location, great house

My husband and I, our son, and grandson (age 9) had a wonderful stay at this property. There was plenty of table room to set up puzzles, play board games and still have room for the four of us to sit down for meals. We liked having the side yard to play catch with the football and the back yard to kick the soccer ball around. We walked to the beach which was a short distance away. I enjoyed running from the house down the local, non-busy streets. The scenery was great and it is a very safe place for a woman to run alone in the morning. The house is close to shopping and restaurants.

Girls Beach Trip

The property was great! We loved the quint feel of the place and the hall bath was a kick into nostalgia. Love how the owners left the 70's tile! Everything was perfect, and we had everything we needed. The only issue was the two back bedrooms were very stuffy. We had to lower the temp to 70 to cool off these rooms, and then the rest of the house was a little chilly. Ceiling fans did help, but i think there is an air flow problem. Other than the stuffiness of the two back bedrooms, everything was great! We will definitely consider staying here again when Jacksonville Beach comes back on the calendar! Thank you!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!

Do NOT book this particular property or any other property managed by this company! They're rude, inconsiderate, and down right horrible! Due to Hurricane Debby and the state of emergency announcements for NC, SC, GA and FL we did not feel comfortable driving our young family through a hurricane and stay in a home near the ocean. Then, the night before our trip there were evaluations for Jacksonville. We tried to get a refund for the trip as the government is saying it is unsafe and we are not able to get to our stay. The company denied any help even though this is a natural disaster!! We are still fighting for our refund, credit anything from this trip! Save yourself the trouble. Stay away!!!!!
