Two story beach house with 3 bedrooms and sleeper sofa on the bottom floor with washer and dryer and full bathroom. 2nd floor has a balcony with gas bbq and fire pit. Full kitchen and 1/2 bathroom. Living room and dining room are also on the 2nd floor. Enjoy a family fire pit in the back yard on cold nights!

This is beautiful house in a great location and with very good host. It checks all of the boxes. The house is a very short walk to the beach and close to many local spots. We can’t wait to go back!

Very nice, clean and well appointed. A quick walk to the beach, restaurants and parks. We were extremely pleased with the whole stay.

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect. The pictures simply don't do it justice! It was exceptionally clean, modern. cozy, and stocked with lots of amenities. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and even provided a wagon to use. The owner was incredibly responsive and even allowed us to have a later checkout due to the weather. We loved the peaceful neighborhood and the convenient location right near the beach. I will definitely be coming back to stay again should we visit Jacksonville.

Excellent location and newer construction townhome. Upstairs furnishings and couch were very nice. The bedrooms were just ok, lacked real bed frame and enough nightstands. My principal complaint is that it was just not a great set up for a longer term stay. Many areas were locked off for owner including the garage which I did not realize was unavailable for our use. The washing machine was broken and never fixed during our 9 days which become a hassle. We wasted a day waiting for a handy man that showed up a day late, couldn’t make the repair, then had to spend a half day at a janky laundromat to get clean clothes. The owner only reimbursed us 30 for all of this unexpected hassle. There weren’t an abundance of towels and none in the half bath upstairs. We ate at home a lot over our longer stay and the kitchen cookware was serviceable, but I’ve had better.

Thank you for your review. To clarify, this is not a townhome. It is a two-story single family home. I do apologize about the washer. It can be very frustrating to plan a long visit and not have the full amenities accessible. This was outside my control and fixed. I'm sorry about the towels. We have a house full of towels that I wish I had been given the opportunity to give to you. I understand you were disappointed with the resolution not involving a free night. I had hoped the 3 hour early check-in would have generated some good will. I offered to have a service pick up your clothes, wash them and return them. However, you were not interested. The listing describes exactly what rooms are available with pictures of the furniture. Two beds are actually electronically adjustable on a frame with a headboard. The other bed is also framed and we have two couches that fold out. My apologies we didn't have more..nightstands and chef inspired cookware. I will take that note moving forward.

Beautiful house, maybe let renters know the garage is not available for use. Also inform if the propane goes out of its the renters responsibility to fill, not sure if I missed it but I didn’t see where the outdoor shower was located or what the shed was for and what the code was.

It is steps. It is walkable. 5 min walk. If you walk out the front door and look left down the road, you will see the beach access. It is two short blocks away.
