Cozy One Bedroom House

Small Single Family 1 bedroom home. Near HWY 223 and M-52 This cozy home has one bedroom with a queen sized bed. The living area has a dinning room table for 4 and a sofa with a pull out queen size bed. Also included is a Smart TV with basic cable. The bathroom is furnished with towels and washcloths. The kitchen includes plates, cups, utensils, and pots for cooking.

The whole house is yours! A private bedroom and a common area with a pull out couch and sofa. There is also a back yard for the kids to run around.

The driveway is shared with a neighbor, but there is plenty of room to park behind the house where you will enter.

We will not be there when you check in but try to quickly respond to messages. We’ll be happy to come by if there are any needs.

This cute little home is close to all of the Adrian shops. Walmart, Meijer, Marshall’s and a bunch of restaurants are only a couple minutes away. A neighborhood playground is just at the end of the block and The Spotted Cow and a cute little mini golf is within walking distance.

I had such a wonderful stay at this cute one bedroom VRBO! The space was spotless, cozy and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel instantly welcoming. Having off street parking was a huge plus and made everything so convenient. The home had a clean, fresh feel that made it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. I’m already looking forward to staying again - it’s the kind of place you want to return to!

This property had air conditioning, cable tv, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and laundry. The house was clean and perfect for what we needed. I would recommend staying here over a hotel any day. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Small house, just minutes from SHU and Adrian University

The house is very close to nearby Universities so it worked perfect for our weekend visiting our son who is a student at SHU. Also laundry was a big bonus so he could wash some clothes while visiting.

Perfect for 1or2 people

The inside is very clean and functional. We found everything we needed and had good communication with the owner. It is a small house but it was a perfect place for my wife and I to stay for graduation weekend

The reservation was messed up and I never received any Check-in information. Verbo and I could not reach the Host. So I never got in. Received a full refund and stayed at a hotel.
