Front porch area gives nice place to relax.

Nearby Adrian college and many local restaurants.



Walking distance to downtown Adrian.



This home is a duplex that has an upstairs and downstairs apartment. Both apartments are Airbnbs.

This apartment is located downstairs.

This home is special to us because it is where we lived for 10 years before our family outgrew the space.



You will enjoy an open layout with a full kitchen, dining room and living room.



Two bedrooms with queen beds and large closets.



The living room sofa pulls out to another bed.



Spacious front porch area that`s perfect for sipping morning coffee or evening chats.



The driveway is shared with a neighbor but there is plenty of parking in the back of the house.



When you arrive park behind the house along the fence. You will have access to the entire downstairs apartment.

Parking is shared with upstairs guests as well.

Property was clean with ample parking. Construction on the road, made it a little more challenging, but all in all a comfortable place to stay.

Nice place

Nice place and close to Adrian College. Stayed for my son’s graduation weekend and was a great place. Clean and nicely decorated.

Convenient, dog-friendly apartment.

Clean and convenient to local shopping and reataurants. Host was very accommodating to our requests and responsive to any questions.

Weekend baseball tourney trip

It was wonderful. Having a full kitchen & washer/dryer is always a plus with me when we travel so we don't have to eat out all the time and can go home with mostly clean laundry. So glad I chose this over a hotel & the price was perfect also.

Nice property

Nice property. Very clean and comfortable. Traffic noise but that is to be expected as it is on Main St. A little difficult to find as the house number is hidden from the street view. Would be nice to have a street number sign closer the road. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute!

We stayed in the main floor unit which was very cute. Beds were comfy and the home was very clean. The road noise was more than what I’m used to but normal for being on the Main Street.

Wedding party get ready

My Daughter and I with all her bridesmaids used this flat for our place to get ready for her wedding. It was very clean and decorated so cute. If we ever have out of town guests we will definitely recommend!

Charming and cozy

We were visiting family and needed a pet friendly house. It’s a beautiful old home that has been updated. We arrived on a frigid day but the house was toasty warm. It was very clean with contemporary furniture, appliances, and fluffy new bath towels. The beds and sofa were comfortable, and the bedroom floors seemed extra padded under the new looking carpet. We felt right and home and will definitely visit again!

Definitely recommended!

My husband, pup and I drove from Wisconsin for 2 nights to visit family in Adrian. The house was 2 minutes down the road from the downtown area, perfectly located. There isn’t that much of a yard for dogs but there is a park right across the street. The house is very clean and cozy. It has all the basic necessities. No complaints whatsoever! For future guests, the front room is directly on the busy road, so it’s extremely loud as it’s an old house and only has single panel windows! Only putting that out there so you know what to expect! We’ll definitely book this house again!
