This newly constructed Vilano Beach home (2019) will be the perfect place to bring the whole family to an unforgettable St. Augustine vacation! Enjoy an unbeatable location within walking distance of Vilano Beach and near restaurants, convenience stores, and a beautiful park with tennis and pickleball courts. Other must-visit attractions include Old Town Trolley Tours, Castillo De San Marcos National Monument, St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park, Anastasia State Park, and The St. Augustine Amphitheatre. Downtown St. Augustine and its Historic District are five miles away. Once you are done visiting and experiencing everything St. Augustine has to offer, there is nothing better than a rejuvenating bath in the newly added private hot tub!

As soon as you enter this splendid home away from home, you will discover high-end finishes throughout and a functional open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one, making it perfect for hosting and entertaining. Family fun by the beach

The home was beautiful and clean. The kirchen was spacious, the jacuzzi was clean and amazing. The beds were Heavenly. The home was close to everything we did. I had to work one day while visiting. There was a desk in the master closet that i could use. I just got a folding chair out of my car and had my very own private office. I recommend staying here. will stay again..

Good. Could be better.

This property has good access with walking distance to the beach. It also has plenty of space for sleeping. However, the living space does not have enough furniture for people to sit on if you are a family of more than four people. If they think that six barstools is part of the living space seating to watch a movie I can tell you it’s not. We were greatly disappointed . We had some issues with cleanliness which property management attempted to help us with. The hot tub was nice. I am supposed to be receiving $200 credit due to cleaning issues. However, as of now my Vacasa account that I owe them $200 now.

BEWARE of VACASA - They do DISHONEST BUSINESS

We contacted the property to know about the visitors allowance, and they never clarified it since we needed to verify the possibility of letting our family who live in St Augustine visit us or not. I had to call Vrbo and ask them to be in a conference, so Vacasa could finally say a limited amount of visitors, but it was all over the phone. We also asked through the chat service to clarify about the bathrooms. The ad states a total of 3 are offered, but the website ZILLOW provides the info of 2.5 bathrooms for this property, so we needed to know that since the owners provide beds for up to 12 guests. They replied YES, 3 full bathrooms. It was the 1st LIE we found out on the 1st day. We arrived on Friday evening to realize the bathroom problem, but we were tired from the trip, and we had a busy weekend ahead, so we let it go. WRONG as the next morning, we found out the dishwasher is full of rust, so we couldn't use it like that, and the trash pail stunk, so we knew that there was no cleaning co. before us. They rent the house as fully equipped, but the dishwasher must have its whole rack changed, the coffeemaker seems to be picked up from the recycle bin since it pours all the ground coffee out, as well as, the knives that don't cut at all; but the biggest of all and most important is the MOLD in the WASHER. We found out on the last day, but it was too late to do anything, we needed to check out. It is clearly a false advertisement, and I have pictures of everything I said.
