Decorated in soft pastel and creams, this tranquil home will help you make oceanfront memories that will last a lifetime! This is a two-bedroom townhouse with all the amenities! Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach toys and two bikes included.. Relax on the balcony with a frosty cocktail while your furry friend rests by your side. It's a pet lover's dream come true! **Pet Fee applies and must be approved.
Property Information: This townhouse is 1200 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private garage. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and each has its own balcony, allowing for maximum privacy and comfort. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size and a twin-size bed. TV''s in the Living room and Master bedroom. here's lightning-fast wifi throughout the home. A convenient washer and dryer are located in the garage and available at no additional cost.
The Ponce Landing complex's grounds are meticulously maintained and feature two outdoor pools and a private boardwalk to the beach.
Best of all... Dog friendly -- bring up to two dogs, and they are allowed on the beach! Additional Pet Fee Required

Great location

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very convenient to the beach and the pool was right outside our condo. It was a quiet area and great for families.

Great location

The Condo was very nice. Only complaint stairs were a little slippery coming down. We have stayed in this condo before and it is very nice.

Perfect

My husband and I made a short trip to St Aug for fishing and beach time. It was the perfect condo for this trip!! A very short walk to the beach and all our favorite restaurants!

great little beach condo in St Aug

we stayed in the condo for 5 days and could not have been happier. it was very comfortable and had some very nice amenities. The pool was right outside the back door. i would recommend to anyone. Will definitely stay here again

Comfortable Stay, Good Location

The unit was comfortable and the location by the pool was a plus. We were within walking distance of many restaurants, but removed a bit from the crowds and and congestion. In addition to the beach access directly behind the development we were a short walk from a park with a boardwalk to the beach. A relaxing stay.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo is exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable, w/ a well equipped kitchen……..The refrigerator does not cool properly and the AC is hard to regulate due to preset settings but overall, a very nice stay.

Enjoyed our week stay, the upgraded kitchen was nice as was the location to the pool. Nice neighbors. Drain was clogged in upstairs bathroom when we arrived, so we had to fix that.

Nice Location and Complex

This was a nice condo with plenty of space and well stocked. Keep in mind with your pets that they cannot go outside on the balcony. They are only allowed in the pet walking space at the end of the complex.

Great location

Easy check in process... Loved that it has a garage!! Overall, it needs a really good clean, but I normally disinfect everything before we use it. Kitchen has supplies enough to make do but also could use a refresh on silverware and sharp knives. They did have a variety of games, and we definitely used those nightly! Has two very well-kept pools on property (one right outside the backdoor) and the whole complex was pretty quiet and clean. The condo wasn't right on the beach with a beach view, but it wasn't too far of a walk across the parking lot and down the boardwalk. Lots of beach accessories to use if you happen to forget some things. Loved our stay and always loved this beach location and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, very nice condo

The condo was very well stocked with all the kitchen appliances and cookware you would need for meals. Beds were very comfortable and lots of power strip so outlets were plenty! We really enjoyed our stay.

GREAT PROPERTY

This property was very nice. The townhouse was clean, comfortable and homey. Anna was easy to talk to and made the whole process very easy. Loved having the pool right outside our back door. Boardwalk to the beach was easy and literally took 5.minutes. Very pleased!
