Beautiful lakefront home w/official PICKLEBALL COURT and fire pit on the shore of Lake Hartwell in sought after Reed Creek Community of Hartwell, GA. Enjoy swimming and bring your boat (or rent a boat at nearby Hartwell Marina) and tie it up at our covered boat dock.
Enjoy water views from almost every room in the house. Fully appointed open kitchen allows you to cook dinner while being a part of the family fun.
NEW expansive 780 sf upper deck and lower terrace featuring full view garage doors making the most out of indoor/outdoor living. Inside bar, outside kitchen area, regulation poker/game table complete the terrace level media room.
Terrace level Bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk and free standing twin bed. Walk-in Shower bathroom completes the terrace level living space. Large Master Bedroom in loft features King bed with ensuite bath (Full bath/shower, double vanities) and walk in closet. Main floor has 2 King Bedrooms (one with ensuite walk-in shower, double vanities) as well as 1 additional bedroom with 2 single beds. Large main floor bathroom features full-size laundry station and spacious double vanity, full bathtub and shower.
