DOCK:

As of October 10, 2025 we have 4 feet of water at our dock which is plenty for any size boat! We can also push the dock out if needed. Book with confidence!

The Neighborhood:
Quiet walkable neighborhood. Our home is secluded but we do have neighbors close to us.

Other Things to Note:
Patio heaters are non functional

Dishwasher tabs, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry tabs.

Our pricing varies weekday to weekend, season to season, and holidays.

CLEANING:
We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in.

LATE CHECK IN (after 8PM):
May be possible, but please let us know in advance to ensure we can accommodate / offer additional support

LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY:
Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
