Comfortable and clean. Wonderful views from the master bedroom and the living room. Kitchen was well equipped.Only caveat: though it was important to repair the unstable deck railings ( reported by a previous guest), having workmen around hammering and sawing for a couple days was not ideal. Not sure how it could have been handled differently

We completely understand that having repair work taking place during your stay was not ideal. While addressing the unstable deck railings was important for the safety of our guests, we recognize that the noise and activity from the workmen was an inconvenience during your vacation. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while these necessary repairs were completed. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: had a great time at Port Lewes. Very convenient to beach and Cape Henlopen. Unfortunately had to call rentals about living room tv not working. Also could use some electrical work done. Plugs not working. Circuit breaker popped in the first floor bathroom due to use of plug on first floor.
