Hosting up to 10 guests in comfortable beds, this home features two inviting living spaces, a large main-level primary bedroom, and a generous deck overlooking a serene common area. Enjoy the entertainment options with a large Smart TV in the living area and a den equipped with Foosball, a flat-screen TV, and a collection of board games.

Interior:
- Welcoming entry with convenient laundry room access to the deck.
- Flowing layout from kitchen through dining to living areas.
- Galley kitchen with major appliances and open cupboards for easy access.
- Dining area adjacent to the kitchen, seating six with a bench and chairs.

Bedrooms:
- Downstairs Primary: King bed, Smart TV, en suite with separate shower and tub, private deck access.
- Downstairs Second Bedroom: Double bed, Smart TV, and two nightstands.

We loved this house! Shared with 3 families (5 adults and 3 kids ages 1, 7 and 7) and we felt like we had plenty of space. Location is great for biking everywhere - it’s so close to the SHARC and the Village! Description and pics were accurate, kitchen had all the basic needs, house was clean and communication with management company was great.

Cascara Vacation Rentals has a wide variety of homes and condominiums available for rent on a nightly basis. We pride ourselves on giving our customers a fantastic vacation every time they come to Sunriver. Our staff is available 24/7 in cases of emergency. Our homes and condominiums come fully equipped, right down to the silverware, and we take care of the housekeeping when you depart. Our office staff has information on local events, tours, and dining plus much more. We offer discounts at Lost Tracks Golf Club on the south end of Bend and can schedule tee-times as necessary. We plow snow in the winter and make sure you have propane for your grill in the summer.
