I know the community well, and I feel comfortable hosting in a place where I understand the surroundings, the parking, and the overall vibe. The location is also extremely convenient—close to Downtown LA, the 6th Street Bridge, the Arts District, and major freeways—so guests can get around easily without dealing with the heavy crowds of central LA.
