Each bedroom and the living room feature TVs with complimentary streaming services—perfect for unwinding after a day out.

Enjoy a fully equipped home with a stainless steel BBQ, free WiFi, heating, AC units in every bedroom, in-home washer/dryer, and top-quality stainless steel appliances. Thoughtful touches like coffee and creamers, plus board games, add to your comfort and convenience.

All three bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, and the home includes 3 full bathrooms. Additional sleeping options include a crib and two sofas, allowing the home to accommodate up to 8 guests—ideal for families or groups. We’ve also added premium mattress toppers to every bed to enhance sleep quality.

Step outside to enjoy multiple outdoor living spaces, including dining and lounge areas, along with a landscaped front yard and private backyard—perfect for relaxing or gathering.

Throughout your 6-day you did not mention anything at all to us—about parking or any other elements of our home. For clarity, parking is free and plentiful, with ample street parking directly in front of this corner-lot home—just a few steps to the front door. We have never had any issues with any other guests in terms of parking. We also offered early check-in as well as a wealth of amenities. The hosts in the VRBO community are here for you & do our best when you as guests communicate with us openly, especially prior to check out or reviews. We had a great stay with our family in this home for a 3 day trip to Los Angeles. We had two adults and four kids and weren't home much to enjoy the property, but it was close to a lot of places and freeways for accessing other parts of town. In the middle of July, the window units weren't quite enough for us to stay cool. The bedrooms were fine, but since we had two kids sleeping on couches in the living rooms, we had to try to get air flowing with opening windows. It was very hot for those two sleepers - and we couldn't really comfortably sit and watch tv together - though I imagine at other times of the year it would be fine. The backyard patio space was absolutely perfect for having coffee on a cool morning and watching the planes arrive at LAX.

We stayed here for a Chargers game at SoFi. The location was 2 miles from the stadium. The beds are nice and the water pressure in the shower is great. We would stay here again.

Absolutely one of the best places I’ve ever rented. Very clean, beautifully decorated, amazing art hanging in the walls. It has hair dryer, coffee station, multiple bathrooms/showers. Beds are very comfortable. Close to everything. Safe. Not far from Disney, SOFI, Hollywood, etc. I loved my stay here. We had a wedding at Rio Hondo golf club so this house was perfect. The host, Stephanie, couldn’t have been nicer. She was available and enthusiastic to answer any questions. I hope to stay here again in the future!! A Recommended!!

stay was great and location was amazing - the road that the house is in is extremely wide. great distance to all parts of LA, if you have a car. was hoping the fireplace worked but it is currently being fixed. backyard was a great amenity for grilling and hanging out. the washer/dryer seems a bit outdated and didn't wash our laundry loads too well (had to run the cycle twice). otherwise, an amazing stay and definitely recommend.

We had a lovely time in this lovely home. We were in LA to celebrate our son’s graduation. The home is fun and feels historic, wonderfully upgraded, but the original charm remains. It was extremely clean! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there! The beds are great & we slept soundly. We went for a nice walk around the neighborhood to admire all of the other cute homes. The host gave us great dinner suggestions to bring in and we had a perfect dinner in the backyard. We also found a fun and incredibly delicious Jamaican take out BBQ very close. It’s called Rhymesbury Jamaican Pastry Cafe. Highly recommend. After the hectic graduation we sat on the front porch and watched the planes landing nearby. It’s close enough to watch them but not at all noisy. It was very relaxing. Stephanie is a great host. Amazing communication and easy check in & out. We would definitely stay again if the occasion arises. Thank you, Stephanie!!

The house and yard were very clean and well-kept. The furniture was comfortable (except the beds, which were very firm and the master bed uneven), and there was plenty of room to spread out. The decorations were cute, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Aside from the uncomfortable beds, our biggest disappointment was the inadequate air conditioning. We were visiting over an unusually hot spring break (90s) and the small units in the bedrooms were barely strong enough to cool the areas, especially since the host required us to turn them off every time we left the house. It was difficult to sleep in rooms that didn't cool off until several hours after the sun went down. There were no air conditioning units in the other rooms of the house, which, unfortunately, made it difficult to spend time in those rooms. We spent much of our time on the patio to get the breeze. Beautiful backyard by the way!The neighborhood itself was lovely, but the surrounding areas outside that were a bit sketchy. I do not advise trying to eat at any location nearby - we had a couple of "interesting" encounters. The Ralph's grocery store was good, though!
