This luxurious house boasts 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to create ample space for comfort and relaxation. The unique floorpan flows around an incredible 45 foot saltwater pool and common spaces, providing the perfect setting for gatherings and memorable moments. The stunning gardens surround the pool area, creating a private and peaceful environment where you can swim, soak up the sun, grill in the outdoor kitchen while catching a game on the TV, or just enjoy the soundsong of the ocean break. The large open gourmet kitchen calls for good times whether you have a private chef or enjoy cooking together. The pocket doors allow for the space to be open to the outside, or cooled by the AC. Surround sound Sonos speakers will elevate the mood or you may choose to listen to the sounds of the monkeys, parakeets, hummingbirds and other wildlife that call Playa Grande home. The primary suite has a soaking tub and stunning outdoor shower to soak in the Pura Vida.

Beautiful property close to beach. Host was excellent and provided outstanding communication and service. Plenty of room for all guests and pool area is a true oasis. Will definitely stay again.

This is an excellent place to stay! The owners responded promptly to messages. It's very spacious & allowed our 3 family gathering ample space so we weren't stepping on each other's toes.My only comment which I can't remember if I saw in the listing is that the extra bedrooms don't have a tv so if needed, people needed to watch on laptops or tablets (shouldn't be on them with such great weather in my opinion).We'll definitely be back!!

We live here full tine when the property is not rented. It is taken care of as if it was your own home because it is ours. We will do our best to make sure you fall in love with Playa Grande just like we did.
