This charming 33 sq.m. apartment is located on the 6th floor, easily accessible by elevator. Thoughtfully designed, it features a cozy armchair, a TV for your entertainment, and a comfortable queen bed—perfect for a relaxing stay.
The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, an oven and a microwave. There's also a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
