To access parking and amenities at Laketown Wharf Resort, guests are required to complete a one-time registration and pay a fee of $78.17 prior to check-in. This fee is not included in your booking and must be paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be sent to you three days before arrival in the Welcome Guide. As part of the registration process, guests must provide the names and ages of all occupants, along with the make and model of their vehicle. Once registered, parking passes can be printed in advance for convenience. All wristbands needed for resort access will be waiting for you inside the unit upon arrival.
To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
