Welcome to Laketown Wharf 137!

Conveniently located on the 1st residential floor of Laketown Wharf, this renovated, spacious (1,047sq ft), lake-view condo has one bedroom, two bathrooms, a bunk nook and a sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV, plus a modern ensuite with a tub/shower combo. The stunning kitchen is fully stocked, including updated appliances, a blender, dual coffee maker, cooking utensils, and much more.

A washer and dryer is also in the condo for your use.

Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It is located near many attractions, restaurants and water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of lakefront boardwalk and has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from.

A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing wristband upon checkout.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- Minimum Age to Book: 21+

As described. Only minor things that could have been better. Maybe a sound bar in living room the TV speakers aren't great. And the TV in bedroom was very small. Could also use a toaster and pans for the oven. But the room was great other than that. Was clean, spacious and well decorated. Would stay again and recommend to future guest.

Great place! Highly recommend

Location of this unit was perfect! We didn’t have to use the elevators at all. Park on the 2nd floor and makes it easy to walk over to your unit! Place was VERY clean! Supplied us with plenty of clean towels and essentials! Thank you for allowing to use your condo!

Modern Vacation Condo

My family and I absolutely loved this condo!! We have stayed at Laketown Wharf plenty of times and this is by far my favorite condo we have stayed in! Loved the new upgrades and the kids loved the view! Everything was spotless and we had everything we needed! Definitely will book again! The pools are fantastic as well! We did have a hiccup the last night by someone pulling the fire alarm and I loved how the intercom systems were inside the condo to evacuate you! Great job on everything!

Amazing Experience

The condo was very nice, spacious, and convenient. Not having to wait on the elevator was a huge plus! The complex had a Walmart across the street and lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance. I would definitely recommend!

The property was exactly what it said VRBO. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I loved being on the first floor and not having to wait for the elevators. The shops and food places were also convenient. I would rent from here again.

Refreshing, open space

The room was very nice. We loved the balcony and were glad to have legitimate porch chairs. The host agency was awesome, very quick and responsive. Parking was confusing, we parked on the second floor and had to take the stairs (or elevator if you're lucky) back to, not terribly inconvenient, just confusing the first day. I do wish it was easier to find information about the resort itself such as restaurant hours and shops as well as better maps to figure out how to get to each pool. The light show was nice and we had a great view. I loved not having to visit the lobby at all and being able to "check in" and out through the host. Be aware that security is serious when it comes to the wrist bands and parking passes so make sure to get that squared away.

Perfect getaway!

Was extremely happy with the entire stay, no complaints! Not having to use the elevator much was a huge plus. Parking on floor 2 of the deck still forced you to walk down stairs, there wasn't a ramp directly across from floor one. Beautifully furnished, well appointed, comfy beds, never an issue with hot water or water pressure. Was lively when you wanted it and quiet when you didn't. Truly was an absolute dream!

Nice Condo

Property was beautiful with a nice, clean cozy beachy vibe. Convenient location, 1st floor so it was not a problem taking the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator. The only issue that we had was the wifi stopped working on the last night of our stay. Other than that, everything was wonderful! Love this condo and great location, wonderful amenities and plenty to do. My husband, son, and I had a wonderful time!

If you are looking for a fairly clean interior place to stay with very little amenities other than liquid soap, two laundry pods, 2 rolls of TP this is the place to stay. You must bring everything else including salt and pepper. I appreciated the early entrance but took several attempts with code.Management was very responsive for that and the broken toilet seat. Suggestions:A little more attention to detail in cleaning service that a quick hand dust buster would remove in upper bunk corners of hair, dust, lint, and fake nails. A pizza pan especially with kids would have been appreciated as well as chip clips, 2-3 ziploc bags to get started and hand soap to name a few ideas. The Fire Alarm system went off in the wee hours of the morning for 50 plus minutes plus with no communication by management. The bands did not work consistently; fortunately there was always one hat worked in the group. Safety concerns about broken sliding door; especially being on a lower floor.

Pros We really enjoyed our stay at here. they let us into the room before 4pm upon the arrival. Perfect spot on first floor and close to the parking lot. The condo was clean and beautiful inside. Cons The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable it was hurting our backs, so we had to go to Walmart to purchase air mattress. Also looks like the balcony door wasn’t locking either. Our washer and wasn’t working during our stay but I was happy they were able to solve it really quick and give us a different unit washer to use to wash your clothes. Overall good stay would recommend it:)

Exactly As Pictured and Very Nice

This is a lovely updated unit. Everything is exactly as pictured.The Pros: Very clean. All appliances in Kitchen, Laundry and Bath working well. Wifi and TV apps connected with no trouble. Firm but comfortable King Bed in bedroom, and twin mattresses on bunk beds. Comfortable sofa in living room.The Cons:No toaster provided, had to use skillet for pop-tarts and bread slices. No biggie...FYI:Plan to bring some high efficiency soap pods for the laundry and dish washers, only one each was provided. Nice Cuisinart Coffee Machine and Keurig machine provided, but you'll need to bring your own coffee and Keurig compatible K-cup pods.Plan to bring your own salt, pepper, seasonings and any condiments you want. All food products must be removed from refrigerator and cabinets upon checkout.The entrance is on the west side and faces the parking garage. However, the balcony faces east and there's a nice view across a lake with lots of trees on the other side. You catch a lovely sunrise in the morning and there's lots of indirect light throughout the rest of the day.As listed in the booking info, the building offers a lot of amenities and everything was open and available.The staff is very polite and helpful if you need anything.My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Nice and modern

The room was very modern and updated. I liked how it was close to parking garage and stairs to go down to main level. On our last full day the water was shut off for 8 hours in the entire complex. We had to leave that day because there was no place to go bathroom. For the $$ we spent daily that was a little upsetting. The security people are pretty petty too. They would stand there watching adults in hot tub. Waiting for someone to put there drink to close to hot tub. It was just a little off putting. Overall it was nice to be close to coffee and ice cream place and the the room was decorated nicely with modern appeal. I did have to buy paper towels because there were none left like they said. But that was no biggie.

So much potential

We selected this property for a very last minute stay as our previous plans were derailed due to a hurricane near Orlando. Online the photos were nice, and the price was great, so we figured this new backup plan would work out well. However, upon arrival we were disappointed to find that the floors were filthy (our feet and socks were turning black), the closet door near the bunk beds was covered in a thick layer of dust, and the washer was covered in MOLD (and stunk even after maintenance came by to clean it). The dryer was also inoperable. Fortunately, the rental company was very kind and gave us a code to another unit on the same floor to use their washer/dryer, however, the whole situation was still less than ideal. The remodel of this unit was done well style wise, but you can tell corners were cut with the quality of the furniture and amenities. It would have been nice to eat off real plates and sip coffee from a real mug instead of plastic ones. It just didn't make it feel homey. The pools that were open (2 of the 5) were nice to have access to, and I did like that the beach was a short walk across the street. But I don't think I'll be back to this unit or even this beach. The amount of condos here made the beach access packed. The only plus was how responsive and kind the staff were when we addressed the issues. Hopefully these things will be resolved going forward, just proceed with caution.
