We had such a great time in Sunriver. Our accommodations were fantastic and was located right across the street from many of the fun activities for kids. We'll certainly be back!

There was a sign telling us they left a bag of gourmet coffee for us, there was no coffee anywhere. The hot tub cover lift was not connected. The cover was difficult to get back in due to the limited space. Checkout instructions say to put garbage in outside cans, there are no outside cans anywhere. Want to sleep in? Better turn your phone off. The property manager texts you way too much, including texts at 8am, just to check on your stay. House is nice, location is nice, but I would not rent from this company/owner again.

We had issues getting the bikes out the first day and the host was very responsive and helped us get into the bikes that was awesome. The hot tub was great, we also absolutely love the location because close to town and the Shark. However there were some things we were disappointed or could use improvement, the house felt like it was over due for a deep cleaning, there was foot and handprints all over the ceiling and walls in the bunk room, the air filter upstairs was filthy. On the plus side the AC worked great downstairs although the upstairs did not get as cold as we had hoped we went to open the windows at night upstairs to help cool off and there were no screens in the windows. There were random outlets in the kitchen and some of the bedrooms that didn’t fully work. We made pasta one night and was disappointed when we went to serve it the only bowls to use were small. On the plus side of the kitchen is the fridge oven and freezer were very nice and clean and tons of silverware available! The house has two kitchen tables plus kitchen island seating, for me however I would have preferred one table gone and more living room seating! Lastly I wish the place had more than two adult bikes
