Escape to this charming 3-bedroom/2-bath full house in the heart of Eagar, Arizona, in the beautiful White Mountains. We take pride in providing a welcoming, spotless retreat for every guest.
Step right out the backyard into Ramsey Park—perfect for picnics, the splash pad (great for kids!), tennis courts, and a peaceful fishing pond. It's an easy short walk to Trailriders Restaurant for hearty meals, Tin Can Coffee for your morning brew, and Bashas' grocery store for any last-minute needs.
Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, a cozy living space, and plenty of room to unwind. Outside, fire up the grill for BBQs, gather around the fire pit under starry skies, and take advantage of ample parking for trucks, trailers, or ATVs.

This property is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was not well stocked for those who want to cook during their stay. No sharp knives, only bowls not any small plates, only 2 small wine glasses and no platters for serving food. 1 very small plastic cutting board and the cook ware is old and coated with teflon. It seems that the owners of the property haven't checked the house to make sure it is guest ready.

The property is in front of a park . The backyard is enclosed, very clean and pet friendly. Bring sugar and condiments; coffee maker(s) not working at the time . Very cozy home , will return .

We absolutely loved staying here for our trip. So close to the white mountains for hunting and fishing or just vacation. 10/10 will stay here every time we are in town! The hosts were super friendly and very responsive.

Everything was clean which is top priority for us. It was very nice to have laundry with detergent available, kitchen had all the cooking utensils needed. There was salt and pepper but you would need to bring anything above that as far as seasonings or condiments. Yard was very nicely sized and fully fenced but our small dog was able to slip under the gate. It was a perfect location for a family with young children as there is a very nice park right behind the house. There is a well functioning ac unit in the living area but not the bedrooms, we were able to sleep comfortably leaving the doors open but a box fan would be nice to push the ac down the hall. WiFi signal had no issues. Overall, we had a nice stay and would come again!

We love animals!, we have 3 dogs (2 labs and a Shih Tzu)- Whiskey, Honey and Lady, two cats Binx and Mickey and chickens. We love hosting and providing a place to stay so that people can experience the town that we love so much. We hope to see you in the future and enjoy Eagar and the beautiful White Mountains!
