The rich pinewood interior with white-washed accents imparts vintage Pawleys throughout while offering plenty of modern conveniences. The first-floor common areas include a dry bar, comfy TV den, and two eating areas on either side of the open-concept kitchen.

A screened porch, three perfectly positioned decks, and a private beach boardwalk provide prime outdoor living spaces. The cozy oceanside screened porch comes with a bench hammock, rocking chairs, and adjacent sundeck tucked behind the dunes. The boardwalk includes a halfway-point gazebo as well as built-in benches down near the beach. 

When it’s time to savor a coastal sunset, the west facing deck on the first floor is ready and waiting. A top floor deck offers above-the-rail raised seating for an unobstructed breathtaking panoramic view – perfect for dolphin spotting by day or stargazing by night.

SECOND FLOOR: (4 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN and 2 SINGLES (separate/connected rooms, one entry), 1 KING en suite with TV sitting area, 2 DOUBLES en suite, 3 total full bathrooms – each with tub/shower, laundry closet, oceanfront deck with stunning panoramic view.

GROUND FLOOR: (1 bedroom) 1 DOUBLE, 1 full bathroom with tub/shower – basic no frills bedroom with exterior access only, self-draining dehumidifier, tile floor, smart TV.

LENGTH OF STAY: Available Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial-week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. 

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.
