Occupancy
- Maximum 6 guests — strictly enforced per city permit
- No unapproved overnight or day guests

Noise & Neighbors
- A family lives below — please be mindful of noise at all hours, not just quiet hours
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (all activity indoors, no outdoor use)
- No loud music at any time, indoors or outdoors

Strictly Prohibited
(Subject to $1,000 fine per violation and/or immediate removal)
- No parties or events of any kind
- No smoking, vaping, or use of illicit substances
- No unapproved pets ($75 pet fee required in advance)
- No unapproved guests or visitors

Shared Spaces
Laundry room is downstairs and shared with the tenant — please be courteous and timely
