Welcome to your San Diego bayfront escape! This comfortable condo offers beautiful water views and a prime location just steps from the beach.
The home features 1 upstairs queen bedroom and a second upstairs bedroom with a twin bed and a bunk bed, plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups. Enjoy a cozy living area with TV and streaming, plus a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for easy meals. Step outside to the patio to relax, dine, and enjoy the bay views. Additional amenities include central AC, in-unit washer and dryer, and easy beach access.

Vacation Rental Contract
You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

Identity Verification Guests are required to complete a separate identity verification process within 24 hours of booking. The link is texted to your phone. This protects you and us against fraud.

The house has a great view with close proximity to the bay. We brought our paddle boards and were able to walk down to the water and take off. Would definitely rent again !!

The house and location was great, but if you sit outside in the evening, the neighbor will call the cops for no reason. No music, just talking and only 3 of us adults around 8pm after the kids went to sleep. He told us that we need to go inside. When the cops showed up earlier around 6pm, there was a party at the VRBO next door of 25 school teachers with music and hanging out and the cops came to our unit, where there was only 6 of us sitting outside enjoying the view. Apparently he is known for calling the cops on this unit, and not the other because he may own it and rent it out. The cops showed up and saw the party next door and were almost embarrassed that we got called on and told us to enjoy and they would not be back to bother us.
