This Oceanside 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom single-level condo is located in the gated North Coast Village community in Oceanside, California, just one block from the beach and offering 24-hour security. The unit features a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living area, along with a full kitchen, WiFi, and a private patio. Please note there is no air conditioning, but fans and heaters are provided for comfort year-round. Guests have access to extensive HOA amenities, including a heated pool, two additional pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, a putting green, BBQ areas, a clubhouse, elevator access, assigned parking, and scenic koi ponds. Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, and an umbrella are also included. The fireplace only works in the winter months. The property offers shared on-site laundry, and one assigned garage parking space is provided. Decibel monitors are in place to help ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests.
Vacation Rental Contract
You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners. Identity Verification Guests are required to complete a separate identity verification process within 24 hours of booking. The link is texted to your phone. This protects you and us against fraud.

North Coast Village is a wonderful complex! The grounds are beautiful and the pool and hot tub are great. Unit B111 is very nice and has everything you need to be comfortable. Another plus is that it is steps from the ocean. And, Oceanside is a great place to be.

Beautiful Condo

Our third time staying at this complex and this was the nicest condo so far. Very clean and easily accessible. All we needed was at our fingertips. For a quick trip for therapy from MI we need a place like this, and we were very pleased with the property

The room was nice, clean and plenty of room to put all your things in.

My family had a very enjoyable time. The room was very clean and enough space for a family of four to stay. The grounds were very beautiful and well kept. We loved walking around enjoying the beautiful plants and flowers. The pool was fun, but we spent a magority of our time near the beach. We loved the convenience being near the beach and coming back to our room in just walking distance. We will be coming back again for another fun filled family trip.

Oceanside in November

My wife and I made this reservation on short notice. 60 minute drive up I5 from San Diego on a Friday night in heavy traffic was a little concerning but manageable. Unit B111 was well furnished and pool and whirlpool were great. Easy walk to restaurants.

Very enjoyable.

The condo is lovely and the complex is wonderful. Good location. Being at the beach is great!. One negative is not having a door on the bedroom. If someone is in the other areas you can see (because of the mirrors) and hear all.
