We really enjoyed our stay here at North Coast Village! So convenient to the beach, pier, dining and you can hop on the coaster in Oceanside and hit the other beaches South all the way to Seaport Village where we enjoyed the fireworks for the 4th over the bay! The pools were great! The grounds were beautiful and the unit was clean and comfy!! I loved having my morning coffee on the balcony with poolside and ocean views!

Great Location

This was perfect for a long weekend for my Husband and I. The unit is centrally located and close to everything. The unit was nice and clean, and accommodated our needs.

Great getaway!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 4! We loved being so close to the beach and the pool was awesome! The unit had more than enough space for us all and everything was very comfortable. Balcony was where we spent a lot of time enjoying the fresh air! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was absolutely perfect for my best friend and I to get away but also get some work done. We were welcomed right away, check in was easy and the condo was as featured. The amenities including the pool and hot tub and access to the beach was second to none. Beds were comfy and we really appreciated the snack basket left for us. Finally, there were a lot of necessary supplies that some places don't provide and it just took so much stress off of us. We will for sure be back!

What a gem! Steps from a beach with perfect waves for boogie boarding & playing in the surf, a great & well-maintained pool, and beautiful grounds. The place itself had all we needed for a family of 4 to spend a few days at the beach - sand toys, boogie boards, beach umbrella, chairs & towels. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash smell amazing. There are grocery stores 5ish mins away (we went to the nearby Walmart marketplace, which had everything we needed). There is not a/c and it was pretty warm at night in late August, but it gave the kids an excuse to stay up late on vacation. There were 3 fans that helped a lot. There are the usual kitchen amenities - Keurig & coffee maker, utensils, pots & pans, dishes, etc. All the staff we interacted with were very polite & prompt with communication. We’d definitely stay here again!Besides being right on the shore, my husband & oldest could easily drive to a couple of golf courses - Ram’s Hill (an hour plus drive - it gets really hot in the summer so bring lots of water!), Goat Hill (less than 10 mins away, and a really quirky, charming local course with a fun par 3 course), and Arrowwood (also close by; fun and nice vibe, food was a little spendy, but worth it). There are lots of good restaurants nearby. My youngest and I loved exploring the eucalyptus grove at Hosp Park (10 or so mins away without traffic). La Jolla was a short drive (about 30 mins) on a weekday morning. The kayak tour of the caves was a lot of fun!

Spring Break w/ Kids

My kids and I stayed here for spring break. We enjoyed our stay there, but there was construction going on right outside our unit that we were not aware of. That being said, we weren’t in our room a whole lot, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Maybe at most just took away from the aesthetic of the property. The beach to the south is extremely rocky and in my opinion not ideal for kids, play or relaxation. There is a tiny secluded beach to the north that we found after the fact that was fun. We loved the Light House Restaurant at the harbor and went there a couple times. Also after the fact, we discovered much more shops and dining options closer to the pier to the south. Overall a great stay!

Thank you Alyssa for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay despite the construction. It ebbs and flows on how quickly or slowly projects take to complete. We wish we could control that. Winter this year brought a lot of rain which has removed a lot of the sand through that area. The Oceanside sand replenishment project starts within the next few weeks to help replenish the sand in the rocky areas to get the areas affected by the winter weather back to normal. Glad you were able to find a beach that worked for you and restaurants in the area you enjoyed. There really is so much to see and do. We are glad your stay was great over all and we would love to welcome you back in the future.

Outdated

That property needs some upkeep. For the price that you're paying for that unit there wasn't enough dishes cups were non-existent basically. That bathroom needs to be re finished, there was a lot of black mold in the corners. Dining room chairs were wobbly the table was wobbly. Almost fell on my face when I tried to sit in the chair out on the balcony it was broke. Like I said for the amount of money that you pay should be a lot better. He needs invest in the property

Good time and location

Spacious living room with comfortable couch and nice balcony. Bathroom and bedroom area needs upgrading and closet space is limited.

Great location, but slightly dated

The location was amazing. We will stay again @ north coast, but perhaps a different unit. This unit seemed a little run down compared to some of the other units. The no air conditioning was never a problem with the ocean breeze and ceiling fans. Only set of three dishes, lots of chipping on the interior paint. One of the outdoor seat arms was broken prior to us and we almost fell.

We spent our annual Oceanside summer trip at the NCV and truly enjoyed our experience

This property was well kept, and in a great location in the complex. The two Queen beds worked well for our family, the living room was comfortable, and the kitchen overall was well equipped. The beach chairs were weathered, but overall the condo was great and we would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful vacation. My husband, 6 and 11 year old, and myself fit perfectly in this condo. Well appointed with all you need. It does not have a can opener, and we left our salt and pepper for future guests. I am already telling others about it for their vacation.
