This upper-level Mission Beach vacation rental, part of a triplex, is also close to Belmont Park, Balboa Park, La Jolla Village and the San Diego Zoo, so get out there and experience the best of sunny, laid-back San Diego! ]The unit is part of a triplex and features a private deck, a shared garden patio with a gas grill, and on-site coin-operated washer and dryer. The open-concept studio includes a queen bed in the main living/sleeping area and a full private bathroom with shower. The unit also offers a TV with streaming capability, wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Coin-operated washer and dryer on site. There are some beach items available chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogieboards, and toys. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No pets

Quaint beach getaway is nicely located a short walk from Belmont Park and steps away from the beach. I enjoyed this little getaway.

Perfect place to get away for a last minute trip. Place was walking distance to everything and you could hear and see the ocean. Great location!

It's very convenient to everything food stores grocery stores bars restaurants and so close to the beach there's no place to park however I definitely wouldn't even need to rent a car in which we didn't because of the location

Property location is steps away from the beach with a peekaboo of the ocean from the deck. Very prompt at taking care of some repairs while I was here. Good deal.

Perfect location

This is a cute little spot so close to the ocean you can hear it. And is an easy walk to everything at Belmont Park! The only thing to be aware of is the platform bed really is on stilts like in the picture so you need some physical ability to get up there, but there is also a futon if you can’t climb. The bed is comfortable and I would absolutely stay here again!

This place was perfect for the 2 of us, little anniversary staycation from East County. Half block to the Mission Beach boardwalk, and walking distance to so many fun sights and places. The elevated bed is nice, can see the waves upon waking. Bathtub drains slow, but likely a quick fix. Clean linens, simple studio, will book again!!

Great location

I stayed here with my 2 daughters. It was small but very cozy. The only issue we had was the other unit upstairs felt that they could take over the table outside because they were there before us. I didn’t realize it was shared but either way it was still worth every bit of it. The beach is steps away!

Great location.

The location was great. The lack of parking and city parking laws stressed me out. Overall, I am glad we got a place so close to the beach and so near amenities, but the beds were uncomfortable and hard to access (futon doesn't fold and unfold properly and the bed on stilts needs a stool or ladder) and the kitchen had ants. Still, awesome location.

Conveniently located and great view!

Right by the beach and the heart of mission beach nightlife. The landlord was awesome and answered her phone and responded the couple times we reached out for directions or location of items. Prepare yourself for the platform bed, it was beautiful but not the easiest to climb in and out of especially for two people. The nightlife was awesome and we were so thanful for the location because we could walk back to the studio. We would definitely book again.

Great Location/Rude Owner

The property was exactly how it was described. Great location. The owner of the property was rude and condescending towards us when we first met him on the first night. It made us really upset and ruined the rest of our vacation.
