We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The location is unbeatable, right on the boardwalk, but just north enough to miss most of the weekend noise. The condo is spotlessly clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, and all the appliances are in perfect working order. The bed is heavenly, and the fact that it has secure underground parking that fit our mid-size sedan very comfortably is so welcome in this oh so busy area. Our contact for the property, John, was wonderfully helpful, kind, and quick to respond. We travel to San Diego often and this condo has been by far our favorite place to stay.

Overall, the stay was good. The condo is nice and the furnishings were sufficient. The property manager, John, was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We really only had 2 things we were not satisfied with. First, the picture on the listing makes it appear as though the room has a water front view. However, the view is actually of the building next door. If you look out the window to the right, there is a partial ocean view. Secondly, there is no A/C. We were notified about 2 weeks before check-in but by then it was too late to try to get something else booked. Overall, it was a good stay. The property is very close to the beach and also close to lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores

Great location! Right on the beach and boardwalk. Very clean. Spacious living area, smaller bathroom but has 2 separate areas with 2 sinks so that's helpful. We would stay here again.

Host was very welcoming and easy to work with. He called me in addition to sending the check in information to ensure we were all set. He also provide great recommendations in the area. The unit is as described and next to Pacific Beach.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in a wonderful location (right on the beach) in northern Pacific Beach. The condo has everything we needed and was clean/cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Place!

John was an amazing and helpful Host. Condo is very clean, nicely decorated and well outfitted with all the comforts of home. Bed and furniture are very comfy, as are all linens. Location was perfect for a night out or walk along the beach. Location is very safe, but key and code secure property and parking were a plus! Covered garage was great We didn’t use pool but was clean and well lit . Will book again!

Clean condo in great area!

Check in was easy, the condo was very clean, it's close to everything, not a front view, but a side ocean view, you can hear the ocean from the front room and if you open the bedroom window, you can actually hear the ocean, if you're quiet!

Fantastic Location

If you're looking for a quiet condo, steps to the boardwalk and beach, and in the heart of the action, this is a great place to consider. Shops, restaurants, and pretty much everything you need is within easy walking distance. Close to the airport and major attractions too. would definitely stay here again, and we like to travel!
