Oasis on the Vine is a private 2-acre luxury estate in Lodi wine country featuring 3BR/3BA, vineyard views, and stunning sunsets. Enjoy a heated pool & spa (fees apply), serene gazebos, outdoor bar, and a 1,800 sq ft game room with pool table, ping pong, putting green & 85” TV.

Important Rules re: Non-Overnight guests or Visitors:
- No events or gatherings allowed
- No visitors or day guests allowed

The space
Sleeping Arrangements – Comfortably Sleeps 12

Master Suite: California King bed with private en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Two Queen beds — ideal for couples or older children
Bedroom 3: Two Twin bunk beds — perfect for kids or singles
Office: Trundle bed for 2 guests
Additional 2 foldable beds.

With foldable beds 14 can sleep.

Ample Parking for Groups:
3-car garage with interior access with EV charging
On-site RV or motorhome parking
Large driveway with room for up to 15-20 vehicles — ideal for multiple families or group retreats

Guest access
Guest can access all the spaces other then Master Bed Closet and Closet in Pool table room.

Other things to note
-County ordinance: Quiet hours after 10 PM-7AM weekdays & 10PM-8AM weekends.
-DO NOT park on the street.
-For any unauthorized guest on the property additional $150/guest/night will be charged.
-NO PETS

- Covered Gazebo with 15+ sitting/TV/Surround Sound/Firepit

POOL & SPA:
SPA:
- SPA heating comes free with the stay
- SPA takes ~45mins to heat (Advisable temp is 85°F. Max temp allowed 92°F)

Pool:
- Pool heating is free if booked for more than 2 nights
- Pool can take 1-2 days to heat
- Pool temp remains close to 80°F, if heating comes with the stay
- For Nov-March: pool heating will be $350/1st-night and $175/every following night
- For remaining months: pool heating will be $175/1st-night and $75/every following night


Please note:
- Pool heating requires 24hr notice (prior to check in)
- No Pool or SPA heating allowed when it is raining
- Pool and SPA cannot be heated at the same time

The property has 3 fireplaces.
- Living room fireplace
- Patio and Covered Gazebo (center) fireplaces

We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late checkout whenever possible. Availability depends on same-day bookings and cleaning schedules. If approved, a fee of $100 per hour applies for either option.
