Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 3 bath Ranch home in the quite country setting perfect for weekend get away for the family. Home is perfectly situated on a Horse Ranch. 25 Acres of pasture with pond and a creek running thru them just enhance your country experience. The house has a fenced back yard with a large swimming pool, grill and patio furniture your family gathering.

The spacious kitchen and living room provide warmth and a welcoming family environment. The front dining area seats 20 people easily.

Get away from the Hustle and Bustle of the City. Whether with your family or a Weekend Get Away this is the perfect spot. Enjoy the Fireplace and a movie, or enjoy the stars out on the patio.

The Four Bedrooms all have Tempura-Pedic Covers with High Quality Bed Linens that are perfect for a great nights rest.

Swimmingly well!

Wonderful and relaxing

The View is a terrific house that is perfectly located. It's an easy drive into Denton yet feels out of the way. The property of perfectly situated with beautiful sunsets, amazing view of wading birds, and a perfect breeze on the back porch. We all felt welcome, relaxed, and had plenty of privacy. Thank you!

Great property and location

Easy access to very private location Worked perfectly for our group as a nice getaway. We started using VRBO instead of hotels and this was well worth the trip. Highly recommend Beautiful views and privacy Just perfect for us Thank you

Beautiful setting

If you need a place for your family to gather and don’t want to stay in multiple hotel rooms or in town, this is the place for you. It has plenty of seating and the kitchen is large and well stocked. We have stayed here twice and have enjoyed both times.

This place was perfect for the wedding we came in town for with a few other couples! The house was recently updated, super clean and really central to everything we were going to. The house had everything we needed and even a hot tub!

Amazing House and View

Our stay at The View was great! This house lives up to the hype. Plenty room for the family, amazing views, and amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and will definitely stay again if in the area.

Family Retreat

This was perfect for the whole family with lots of space inside and out. Our grandson even caught a large mouth bass! Thank country setting so close to Denton was incredible!

Loved the views and quiet beauty of the neighborhood. Easy drive to shops and dinner.

The process was very easy and accurate. The owner was incredible helpful and responsive.

Great getaway

This was a great place. It was very roomy, clean and comfortable . Great open kitchen and living space. Nice deck overlooking the open field and neighboring cows and horses. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfy cabin with amazing view

We stayed in this cozy cabin while visiting Denton this past Easter. We loved the king sized beds for adults and bunk beds for the kids. The hot tub was enjoyed by all and the scenic view was breathtaking! Such a neat spot!
