We really liked this property. Very clean & spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet. Only downside was the neighbor behind has tall bamboo trees that blocked the pool/patio from getting full sun during winter months. Luckily the beach is very close! I’m sure during the summer there is plenty of sun. There were also plenty of beach chairs available. We would definitely stay here again.

Dan’s home was perfectly equipped both inside and out! The beds were all comfortable, the decor pleasant, the kitchen and amenities were perfectly functional. We really enjoyed the home and our stay! My husband kept saying “the house is perfect” each and everyday. Check-in was simple. Details about the home were accurate. We all enjoyed the house, the bikes, the pool, the grill with motion detector light (big hit with my husband!)The location of the home with respect to the beach was super convenient! Walk, bike, or drive!We do enjoy staying in the North Naples area. This home does not disappoint! Five stars easy! Don’t hesitate!Thank you so much Dan for making our stay relaxing and effortless! All-around great stay

Everything from the initial communication through the end of the trip was excellent. We love staying in the Vanderbilt Beach area, and this may be our favorite property over the years. Great location, well maintained property and a responsive owner. What else could you want?!

Home away from home

We love the house open space concept. This was our 5th visit to Naples and this house is the best stay by far. Will come back next year.

Loved our stay at this home. The house itself was very spacious and clean. The outdoor area was beautiful. The screened in pool to keep the bugs and debris out was much appreciated. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were enough towels and beach towels for everyone. I think the best thing about the home was the location. 3 minute drive to 2 beaches or a quick 10 minute bike ride. We even walked to the beach every morning to get our steps in!!! The grocery store and lots of shopping are close by. We look forward to returning!!!

Just as described!

We spent a week at Dan’s home and had a great time! Short walk to Vanderbilt Beach, pool was amazing and use of beach chairs and umbrellas and bikes was great - made the trip all that much better! Check-in was easy and we had a wonderful time.

Naples Delight

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is spacious and perfectly located in the Naples Park area. It's a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Quiet bake yard with a nice pool. We will stay here again when we come back.

Enjoyed Florida for many years, however so impressed with this area and will never leave. Enjoy the beach and how easy it is to get around from the house. Recommend taking the bike over to Publix or Whole Foods for a prepared dinner to go, biking to the beach and enjoying the sun as it falls off the horizon for a perfect end of the day.

This property is set up to enjoy the people around you in a home like setting. It is easy to step out to the pool, pop in a movie, grill outdoors and eat in the lanai. Vanderbilt Beach and Bluebill beach access is less than a mile away with parking available.

この宿泊施設の特徴

There are sidewalks to Vanderbilt beach (with two main access points) and great views of the canal streets with a 15-20 minute walk or the bikes will get you there in 10 minutes. The people are friendly and laid back and the neighborhood is very quiet. For a family, this setting far outweighs any hotel situation. Everything you need is there and set up for a stress free vacation.
