One of the highlights of your stay is our fabulous and expansive oceanfront deck. It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, enjoy a good book, or gather with loved ones as you watch the waves roll in. Great place

The location of the property could not be more ideal. Having such ease of access to the pool and beach made for a fun and relaxing vacation. There were obvious signs that the property was not carefully cleaned but it did not impact our stay. We would stay here again 😊

Old but good

Older musk but good- wasn’t clean when we showed up but not terrible but had to re-clean. Pretty nice place - great location. I’d encourage better cleaning service and I’d give it a higher score - no one wants to drive 7hrs with a toddler then have to spend 1hr cleaning when u getvthere

Enjoyed our stay.

We had a blast. The location was perfect. The walk to the beach was a breeze. The pool was clean and easily accessible. The only issue we had was the room was left pretty dirty. Nothing we couldn’t clean up in a few minutes to enjoy our stay. Also the parking situation was a little upsetting. Really cramped and hard to get in and out of the parking lot. But again nothing that couldn’t be over looked. Overall we would book with Elliot again.

Worth a look!

Nice 1st floor condo located on street side. We parked 15ft from the door. A breezeway through the complex takes you to the deck then beach which is less than 250ft from your door. Everything was clean, neat, and ready to go. There were several evenings where young adults would cruise the street playing loud music. Our favorite feature was the 1.25 mile walk to the north end of the beach which opened up into a massive beach. During low tide, you could cross onto Waities Island, a completely undeveloped barrier island. This part was fascinating to us. Overall, it is a nice place to hang out for a week of fun in the sun.

When my wife and I first met, one of the first things we realized we had in common was the love for the beach. Twenty years later, through many ups and downs, we were able to make the dream of having a little place at the beach come true. We will keep on dreaming until we can move closer to the beach permanently.

Cherry Grove is a very nice beach spot for a family vacation. It is extremely convenient for an easy family vacation: not too far from the Grand Strand attractions, water sports, golfing, stores, or even the airport, yet you are away from the crowds.

Our building is well-maintained, and the owners have been living here for many years. We organize a gathering every May to put some owner elbow grease to ensure guests feel welcomed. We celebrate this occasion at the end of the day by throwing a pizza and pasta party on our ocean-front deck. We gather under the stars to enjoy the ocean breeze after a day of community labor.

この宿泊施設の特徴

My neighbor Jim and us have the most convenient spots in the community. There are only a few feet and two steps up from your car to the condo door. And a short breezeway takes you from the condo to the beach. Sunrise sun pours through it, and the orange-yellow glow invites you to come out and enjoy the day in full.

“Villa de Arnedo” was the original name of the town of Chancay when it was founded in 1562 by Spanish conquistadores. We decided on this name for this little condo as a reminder to our kids about their cultural heritage.

Fun fact: Chancay has a beautiful beach and a castle by its shores
