BEDROOMS
Each of the three bedrooms features a comfortable king-size bed and rustic furnishings. Two have attached bathrooms, and a third bathroom is conveniently accessible from the hallway. A sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional accommodations. Perfect for family getaways, every room has a Roku-equipped TV to keep everyone entertained after a day exploring the mountains.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Kick back in the cozy living room with a propane fireplace, mountain views, and a 55” Smart TV with soundbar. The open layout connects seamlessly to a well-stocked kitchen featuring modern appliances, cookware, and both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Gather at the dining table for shared meals, puzzles, or late-night snacks.

ENTERTAINMENT
Inside, enjoy the nostalgic multicade arcade machine, perfect for kids and adults alike. Stream your favorite shows and sports using complimentary Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ on every TV.

POOL ACCESS
While Mountain Man doesn’t have an onsite pool, guests can access Honeysuckle Meadows Pool & Pond just 10 minutes away. Day passes are only $5/person and include pool access and fishing at the catch-and-release pond.

★ HOUSE RULES & OTHER POLICIES ★

ACCESS & PARKING
The cabin has paved access, but please note the steep incline, especially during snow or icy weather. 4WD is recommended in winter. Parking for up to 3–4 vehicles (or 2 + small trailer) is available.

IMPORTANT NOTES
• No pets allowed
• No RV or alternative parking options
• No firepit on-site
• Well water and septic system

SECURE PAYMENT & GUEST VERIFICATION
We’re committed to providing a smooth, secure, and trusted experience for all of our guests. To help ensure that, we require a quick verification process after booking. This includes signing a rental agreement and uploading a valid photo ID through our secure guest portal.

If the person booking is not the cardholder, we may also request a brief credit card authorization form and a selfie for confirmation. These simple steps help protect your reservation, prevent fraud, and ensure your funds are safe.

We do this to create a safe, respectful environment - for you and for all future guests. It’s a straightforward process, and it helps us continue hosting the kind of great people this home was designed for.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect. We're always available to promptly address any concerns, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time in our home.
