The property has 5 beautifully designed bedrooms. There are two king beds, two queens and two twins, all with premium memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom upstairs (4) offer a smart TV.

The home has three full bathrooms. We provide luxury bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), premium towels, makeup mirror, hair dryers, q-tips and cotton swabs

-Kitchen-
The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs offering a built in coffee maker(grinds whole beans), Keurig (pods included), cooking basics (utensils, spice rack, salt/pepper) cookware, appliances like a toaster, blender and dishwasher.

-Living Space-
The living area has a huge couch, Bluetooth speakers and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or movies.

-Workstation-
The property has WiFi and offers a quiet work station in the 2nd largest bedroom.

-Outdoors-
The outdoor area has a personal dock, private pool, hot tub, fire pit, and several seating areas. There is also a grill for barbecuing. The fire pit is propane fueled. We also have an outdoor dining table (seats 4), outdoor couch, pool loungers and floats.

Other things to note
This house offers self check in, 48 hours prior you will be given a unique code to enter.

We welcome children but you are solely responsible for their safety, especially with the pool/dock access. If you have a special request for your children or stay let us know.

No smoking or vaping. Open flames including candles are also prohibited. Exceptions are birthday candles or fire in a designated fire pit or fireplace.

There is a minimum booking age requirement of 30 years old.
