Beautifully appointed second-floor 2BD/2BA condo with stunning lagoon to golf views and refreshing ocean breezes—just a short walk to the private beach through the beach club ( 15 min walk) on the beachside of Sawgrass. Public Parking and Beach Access also available at Mickler’s Landing a few miles away on A1A.
The spacious back porch is perfect for relaxing or entertaining with mini fridges.
Ideally located within the gates of Sawgrass Country Club. Access to a private pool in the complex and another community pool in Sawgrass. Public golf available at TPC, Dye and the Yards. Enjoy the best of beachside living, yet close to all of the great restaurants and amenities. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

Pete and Angie are compassionate and heavily involved in the Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra community since 2001. We loved living here and didn’t want to let this beauty go, so we are now sharing this slice of heaven to others who want to create fond memories with their friends and family at the beach.
