The townhouse was ready for us when we arrived. The rooms were smaller than what the pictures showed. Also, the basement was very musty smelling. It would also have been nice to have 2 sets of towels for each bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stayed.

Close proximity to downtown Galena, about a 15-20 minute drive. Quiet location nestled in the beautifully landscaped golf community of Eagle Ridge. 3 private bedrooms, each with its own full bath. There are two decks, one with a bbq grill, both with nice seating areas to enjoy the outdoors. Lots of natural light. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a full meal, plus the downstairs laundry area had a small fridge and microwave as well. Two separate seating/family room areas although the downstairs tv was a little on the small side.This was perfect for a girls weekend and I’d recommend it to anyone considering visiting Galena.

This home was perfect for our weekend girls trip! There were just three of us and we each had our own rooms which worked perfectly! We were close to horseback riding, zip lining, Chestnut mountain and Galena! I will say do not expect to rely on any type of rideshare as that is truly not an option on a busy weekend but we made due with driving ourselves. The early morning walks with turkey and deer just ambling calmly by and late night stargazing was phenomenal, highly recommend that!!

Location was fun. Beautiful scenery on the way to Galena and surrounding areas. Family friendly?? Yes...very "cozy" for 6 adults...living areas were not near as large as the pics made it look like. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions/needs we had. Mostly clean on the main floor and upstairs but the basement definitely needs some attention. We encountered small (wormlike) bugs of some sort and even got some sort of bug bites...but only in the basement. The exhaust fan in the main floor bathroom quit working while we were here. Needless to say it was kinda overpriced compared to others we have stayed at. Thanks for everything, Sue Freyenberger and friends.

A great amount of space for a college friends visit to Galena! The unit was clean and had all we needed to have some meals in including a great deck we enjoyed coffee in. Great info supplied to us ahead of our stay. I’d recommend this spot!
