The host was quite welcoming and responded quickly to every email or call. The house was great and a perfect fit for me and my granddaughter. Updated high end appliances, lots of storage, comfortable beds as well as the couch where we fell asleep on two occasions. Nice TV's with wifi, and modern, update bathrooms. Very clean with lots of light and excellent security. Unfortunately on Christmas eve a local homeowner had an all night party which kept us up for hours. Sad, as this trip was a special gift for my granddaughter, whose mother, my daughter, died just before last Christmas. However, the hosts took care of it immediately and contacted the owners as they knew of previous, but rare occurrences when they lived there. As promised, there was no more noise (nor rooster crowing, yes there was one!), and that was immediately corrected as well. I can't say enough about how accommodating the host and hostess were to any concern. They definitely wanted our stay to be positive and it was. We definitely recommend these owners as they are kind people who care about your experience and take any concern seriously and correct it immediately. Thanks to you both for your kindness to both my granddaughter and myself. Happy holidays!!
