This cozy 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath country home is sitting on 3 acres of land and features its own private vineyard! Only a 4-minute drive to Danza Del Sol winery, 5-10 minutes away from 40+ popular wineries, Hot Air Balloon Tours, and Horseback Trail Riding! The spacious Master bedroom includes a king size bed and a master bathroom walk in shower and tub. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and shares bathroom with bedroom #3 (Jack-and-Jill style bathroom). Bedroom #3 includes two (2) bunk-beds (one double set and one single set). The Living room features a fire place, a smart TV with Roku, and cozy sofas (the perfect combo for a movie night!). The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and there's a washer & dryer in the garage for your use. Plenty of fun and entertainment for all ages - with games such as a pool table, ping pong table, corn hole toss, and a variety of board games! A BBQ gas grill is supplied in the backyard. The backyard is also the perfect setting for enjoying a morning cup coffee while watching hot air balloons fly over the sunrise. Stay was very nice…home appears to be “worn/older”. It’s perfectly located, beautiful views, well equipped with cooking utensils, everyone slept great however feels a bit outdated, dark and had strong musky smell. Could use fresh lighter color paint, and remove carpet, should have LVF (cleaner and healthier)
Kitchen…very usable and had necessary utensils
Living Room…good tv but no directions on remotes..comfy couch, carpet if ur a germaphobic…not compatible.

Nice House with a pretty view and lovely back patio. The kitchen is well-equipped. The house was generally clean, but the bathroom floors and baseboards were not. The furniture and carpet could use an update. That said, it was a comfortable size and layout for a gathering of extended family in town for a memorial service.

Grandma’s house

It was what I remembered about visiting grandma’s house. Everything was dated. Some chips and broken things that grandpa either tried to fix or never got around to it. I wasn’t expecting perfection nor did I mind the trip down memory lane. What was a bit off putting was the black mold in the enclosed shower around the vent and the tile. Grandpa needs to replace the fart fan in the bathroom as well so it doesn’t sound like his old WW II spit fire at takeoff. Maybe that is why he left it that way though for the memories. One of the windows in the master bedroom was jacked up from what appears to be when the grandparents locked themselves out and grandpa had to do the B&E and never got around to fixing it. To be honest the place was okay. I lowered my expectations and just spent time with the family. It just seems like the place is an inherited property that someone went to the thrift store and bought some furniture and household items and uses it as a money grab due to the location. They did put a pool table in grandma’s front room and a ping pong table in the garage. Not sure she would approve though. Would I stay there again? I think I would explore other options first. I wish there was a way to preview the property first cause I would have passed unfortunately on this one.

Perfect rental

This is the perfect place to rent if you want to enjoy the wine country. The view is amazing and the kitchen has everything you could possibly imagine. Lots of hangers in the closets, lots of closet space, huge second bathroom, we will definitely stay again

Beautiful Property

The property is outstanding!!! The views from the back patio are amazing and breathtaking!!!! The house is a little dated. The carpet and couch are old. But the beds are comfortable. If you are visiting during the winter times, bring extra blankets as we could not find any. Other than these things, the house is perfect. Check in and out were easy.

Family Christmas

The property was very nice and well stocked with items we needed for our family Christmas dinner and stay. We were pleasantly surprised that there was even a Christmas tree. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Nice neighborhood, comfortable house

The property was beautiful. Incredible views overlooking the vineyards. House was clean and had all the basic necessities for cooking and laundry. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Perfect weekend getaway!

John's house was perfect for a quick but very relaxing weekend getaway. It was a beautiful house with a gorgeous view of a vineyard and very close to several wineries. The communication and check-in was effortless. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a quiet but fun family weekend. There is a pool table, ping pong table, bbq and more. Was a perfect weekend!

Poor quality. Beds were terrible. Refrigerator/freezer door would not stay closed. Shower head fell off. Silverware was very cheap.

Unbelievable Place to Stay

Amazing location!

Perfect weekend at a perfect location. Views are spectacular! So nice to wake up and be able to take a walk thru a beautiful backyard while watching hot air balloons. So close to our favorite wineries! Will definitely return.

Nice trip

We enjoyed our stay. House was clean. Pool table, and ping-pong table was fun for the kids. Kitchen was stocked with pans and accessories. View was beautiful. Perfect location close to wineries.

Relaxing Home away from Home

We got this property to be close to where our daughter was getting married. It was exactly like the photos in the ad! A large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large comfortable living room, and games to play. And most importantly for me - a beautiful view of grapevines and land from the patio so I could relax and drink my coffee and wine! Lovely place, and we would gladly rent it again.

We had a wonderful time. House was as described. Neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed walks in the morning and the evening around the area. House was perfect for our family.

Rural Vineyard

Overall the place was beautiful however it is a short drive into town for food and shopping. Pros-The house was very roomy and comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast on the back porch with a great view. We had a good time playing ping pong and billiards. Cons- The dish network reception was bad and only the living room had a Roku device as a back up. Workers came in and out of the property at all hours. A few items needed repairs- jacuzzi in master bathroom didn’t work, ceiling fan in bunk bedroom, light fixture in kitchen missing a panel. If these items are taken care of and you don’t mind the rural area it is a nice place to stay.

Temecula wine country

Chose this location for quiet respite from busy activities in Temecula. Patio overlooking a vineyard was a big plus. Great way to start the day drinking coffee while overlooking the vineyard. Close enough to the city for supplies and visiting family then retreat to the house and patio to drink some wine and enjoy the serenity.
