A very clean and well organized home in a quiet neighborhood. Little details count: my son, a fan of modern art, appreciated the Rothko prints hanging on the walls. I appreciated the provided half&half for morning coffee. I would stay there again.

The entire process of booking and checking in was seamless. Michelle responded to messages promptly and courteously. She graciously helped with a reservation request and assisted me with the wifi password. Everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend.

We arrived later than expected because of crazy rain and didn't get to take full advantage of the house or downtown Cortland. But it was cozy and clean, the kitchen had everything you might need to throw together a quick meal and the beds were comfy. The house is only 4-5 minutes from Main St./downtown which looked to be loaded with cute restaurants and shops; bonus it was a quick 30 minutes to Ithaca, and a pretty drive, which was our ultimate destination. Michelle the host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Michelle was super friendly and welcoming. The house is up to date, nicely decorated and very cozy. It was a great spot to check out Cortland and ski and snow tube at Greek Peak!

We spent 7 nights at this lovely 2-bedroom, 1 bath house. The neighborhood was clean, super quiet and safe. The house itself was decorated very nicely and full of every amenity you might need for your stay. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. The master bedroom windows have blinds and blackout drapes making it nice and dark, as well as super quiet. Lots of closet space, plenty of linens, towels, hangers, iron and ironing board, a Keurig machine with lots of coffee, even hot chocolate. Everything in the house was upgraded and very clean. Michelle was an excellent host with great communication. I would definitely stay there again.

The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook.
