Our charming A-frame house sits on 10 acres of peaceful and quiet woodland, located just 1.5 miles from downtown Cooperstown.

The space:
*Look forward to a warm and modern interior design with modern touches throughout. A bedroom with a twin+double bunk will be on the ground floor, along with a full bathroom, living space, and washer/dryer. The second floor (also accessible through a secondary kitchen door entrance) will have a new kitchen, breakfast nook beside bay windows, dining table, living room, access to the deck, bedroom with a queen bed, and full bathroom with a bath tub. The third floor will be the master suite with exposed beams, a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with heated floor. Fall asleep to the stars under the skylights and step onto your private balcony in the morning.*

Welcome to Fernwood! Located on 10 acres of peaceful woodland only 1.5 miles from downtown Cooperstown, Fernwood is the best of both worlds. Minutes away from Main Street's shops, restaurants and the Baseball Hall of Fame, it's the perfect oasis to return to after a busy day.

Enjoy relaxing on the large deck, at the firepit or hike the popular Star Field trail by walking to the trailhead located just down the road.
