Fox Farm sits quiet under a winter sky, pines dusted white and the mountain air carrying that particular stillness that only comes with altitude. Pull into the driveway, step inside, and let the cabin do the rest - fireplace glowing, twinkle lights catching the frost outside, and a hot tub waiting for you under the stars.

NOTE- During Winter Season, prior to your departure always visit the Cal Trans website to see what the roads and driving requirements are. During heavy snow we don`t have control over where the city plows snow and this could impact parking. We do have contracted snow plow for any snow sitting on the ground over 4`.

Living space
The main living area is built for gathering - sink into comfortable seating around the wood-burning fireplace, pull up a chair at the dining table for a board game marathon, or scroll through something on the 75` TV while snow drifts past the windows. A second game area just off the living space keeps the energy going when competition calls. Central heating and a backup generator that automatically kicks on during outages mean you stay warm and connected no matter what the mountain weather delivers. High-speed WiFi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in a common area make it easy to stream or stay in touch between adventures.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king size bed, a 65` Smart TV, and an ensuite full bath with a makeup vanity. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and Smart TV. Bedroom 3 is set up with bunk beds and its own Smart TV - a natural fit for younger guests. Bedroom 4 includes 2 single beds, a Smart TV, and a video game setup. A second full bathroom serves the rest of the home, and bathroom essentials are provided for your stay. A Pack `n play/travel crib is always at the listing for families with little ones.

Kitchen & dining
The remodeled eat-in kitchen is set up for everything from big group breakfasts to easy evening meals. Stainless steel appliances, a 5 burner gas range, large oven, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee machine make the morning routine feel effortless. A dining table anchors the space for shared meals and conversation.

Game rooms
The converted garage game room keeps the fun going indoors - pool table, ping pong table, and hours of entertainment built in. The second game area inside the home rounds out the options, making this cabin a natural fit for groups who like to stay active and entertained.

Outdoor space
Step outside to a private backyard - not fully fenced - where two fire pits glow against the mountain backdrop. The gas BBQ grill and outdoor seating are available, and the private hot tub is open 24 hours year-round, offering a warm retreat from the brisk air. Vintage ski and snowboard decor adds character to the setting.

Parking & practicalities
Free driveway parking for 3 vehicles, an EV charger, and in-unit washer and dryer are included. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival seamless. Long-term stays are welcome. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay - a mid-week or mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee.

Check-in is after 4PM local time and check-out is 11AM. No pets, except service or support animals.
