We had wonderful time in Marathon. The condo was very clean, spacious, and perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. There were 6 of us including the two grandkids. The pool was warm and inviting and we spent a lot of time in it. There were good restaurants nearby. We did cook a turkey for Thanksgiving Day dinner and the condo had everything we needed. I would recommend staying here if plan to come to the Keys.

The condo was very well kept, clean, spacious and the view was incredible. We had everything we needed in the room including beach towels and chairs. There is laundry on site and they do provide quarters if you need change. We can't wait to come back next year.

Coco Plum Beach Condo

The property was very clean and neat. The condo was well stocked with beach gear (including towels) and the kitchen was well equipped with the essentials. To me, the best part was sitting in the screened porch overlooking the pool and beach. Very relaxing - just what was needed. I highly recommend this property.

Great place

Thank you so much for letting us stay at the beach. We spent a lot of time walking the beach, hanging out by the pool and making new friends. It seemed like a lot of the people have been coming there for years. They also invited us back. This was our first trip to the Keys and we had a great time.

Awesome View

This was such a fun trip everything was there that you could ever need. Awesome views of the ocean. The beach out front is always taken care of and raked everyday. Pool was nice and warm.

Marathon Adventure

The place was a cozy, whimsical, quiet, friendly place to stay. We felt safe and we liked that the property manager lived on sight. He has a vested interest in keeping the grounds nice. The ocean view and the sandy beach was really nice. The location was handy to the main road and it was easy to get around. Lots to see and do. You can stay local or easily go south to Key Weat. Or North to Islamorada.

Marathon beach condo

Overall, stay was ok. We flew in during hurricane Rafael, so the beach as a complete disaster our first couple days. They did get it cleaned up after a few days though. Condo could really use some TLC in the bathrooms. The shower curtain is the equivalent of a trash bag (these were the words of the other couple with us), and the toilets both had notes about the constant running. It was annoying by to get back up in the middle of the night to jiggle the handle to get the toilet to stop running. Kitchen was very well stocked. There was another review that mentioned fishing equipment- please don’t arrive thinking this is there. There was nothing my husband could use (nothing was advertised as being there, only saw it in a review- just don’t want others to make the same assumption). Not a ton of great food in the area. Had to drive to get awesome food.

Awesome Family Vacation

We had a great family trip to Marathon. The condo was as we expected. Awesome view, very spacious and clean. The pool was enjoyable and relaxing. There were lots of awesome things to do. Some of our favorites was the Deep fried Key Lime pie at Burdines, Mini golf at Porky’s Bayside and the Dolphin research place. We booked a sunset cruise through Viator and spent the day in Key West. We also enjoyed Robbie’s on our way out of town in Islamorada.

Ocean views

We had terrible weather for a few days but even watching storms was worthwhile with that ocean view. Plenty of good restaurants - some required a bit of a drive - and lots of things to do. The unit is a little older and when the rains really came down (it’s rainy season), the patio would flood. Well worth it and we’ll be back!

Nice peaceful stay

The property was quiet and comfortable. Just about the halfway point between Key Largo and Key West. Pool was never overcrowded. Could go relax without dozens of people being out there

Quiet and relaxing place to stay with everything you need!!!

This place is WONDERFUL!!! If a comfortable and relaxing place to stay is what you're looking for, this is it!!! Our family of 5 (dad, mom, kids aged 18, 14, and 13) visited for almost a full week. There was plenty of space to stretch out and everything we needed included. Waking up every morning with AMAZING views of the beautiful beach (and pool) was just what we were looking for! It is on the 3rd floor with only stair access, but carrying groceries up some steps was a small price to pay for everything else the apartment offers. Situated at the beginning of Marathon, there are all of the stores, restaurants, gas stations, and activities you could need located right there in the area. Whether you want to grab some ice cream, do a round of miniature golf, spend the day out fishing, or hit a jet ski adventure you can find something for everyone close by. The beach outside the apartment was great for fishing, looking for hermit crabs, and waiting. We found the best beach swimming, though, at the state park about 25 mins south (Sandspur Beach was gorgeous). And, with Key West about an hour away from the apartment, you can still day trip there and enjoy everything KW has to offer too! Personally, we've stayed at Key West 2 or 3 times now. This trip, we were looking for something a little different, but still close enough that we could enjoy a couple of our favorite spots at KW! And that is exactly what we got!! Would recommend for all!! We plan on returning again next year!!

Nice Stay

The condo was very clean and we enjoyed our stay! The condo supplied beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc… which was awesome! My kids loved the pool, we spent many hours there! We were a bit disappointed in the beach at the condo, since that was one of our main decisions in choosing this particular condo, and no washer & dryer in our condo. The beach had loads of seaweed and is not a beach you want to swim or snorkel at with kids. The washer & dryer is located by the office and requires quarters. We ended up having to drive to Sombrero beach and Bahia Honda State park beach and those beaches were very nice with great snorkeling as well!

Lovely, comfortable, clean!

We vacationed with our adult children, 7 adults in all. We all were immediately impressed as we walked in the door. Beautiful view off the balcony, nicely decorated island vibe, spacious and very clean! The unit really met our needs with the bedroom layout, comfortable beds, two nice bathrooms, and full kitchen. The location was perfect. We enjoyed Marathon, Bahia Honda, Islamorada, John Pennekamp, Key West and the views in between. Communication before and during was very good, afterward was so very appreciated. We did not realize a few bags of souvenirs and a sentimental necklace were left behind. Angela texted shortly after we left to let us know they were found before we even realized they were missing. What started as a "bucket list" vacation is now a family favorite. We look forward to coming back.

Great place right on the beach

Beautiful view. Keith was amazing and helpful. Condo was clean and had lots of beach chairs and items to use. Lots of beds and comfortable. Porch was amazing to have morning coffee with the view of the ocean and pool.

Nice location

It was a nice property. It was clean and quiet and the view was amazing. The 3rd bedroom is a child’s bedroom, so it’s more like a 2 bedroom unless you have kids under 10. The location and view more than made up for the sleeping arrangements. We would stay again if we have a smaller party. Owners and property management were wonderful.

Paradise found

This was our very first trip to the keys and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were celebrating our sons highschool graduation. The pool and ocean view was breath taking. We loved how quiet the community is. It is perfectly located for a drive to the northern keys or the southern keys. Thank you for a pleasant first trip to the keys.

Great balcony view

We enjoyed the screened in patio allowing us to sit outside. Two double beds in the primary bedroom was interesting but made it work.
