Maximum Occupancy: 7;
Parking: 3 cars allowed. There is room for two to three cars to park in the parking spot in front of the home. This home does not have a garage.
Maximum 2 pets allowed; $100/pet fee must be paid before check-in;
Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
Agreement must be entered into by an Occupant of 25 years or old.
