We`re thrilled to have you as our guests in this little slice of tropical paradise here in Miami. This villa is my part-time home, and I truly hope you feel the good vibes and energy that make this place special. Please enjoy your stay and take care of it as if it were your own.

Check-In:

The villa is self-check-in, available anytime after 3 p.m.
Your entry code is 1880. This code will expire on your check-out day at 11 a.m., which is also your check-out time.

Gates:

There are 2 gates. You`ll find the remotes on the kitchen counter.
Please keep track of these remotes, as there`s a $100 replacement fee for each if they get lost.

Water:

The entire villa is equipped with filtered water.
There are two tanks in the back that filter all the house water.
The small faucet on the left of the kitchen sink provides ultra-filtered water with electrolytes.

Sliding Doors:

Please keep the sliding doors shut at all times. If left open, the AC will shut down, and the doors will beep after 15 minutes.

Mini Bar:

To open the mini bar, just push the glass door.
Please refrain from consuming any alcohol stored there, as this is my personal collection.

Pool Rules:

NO GLASS is allowed in the pool or Jacuzzi. We have plenty of plastic cups in the cabinet to the right of the kitchen sink.
There are also gold metal wine glasses in the mini bar that can be used by the pool.

Music:

To respect our neighbors, please avoid playing loud music outside after 9 p.m.
A Bose speaker and a large JBL speaker are available for use inside the villa only. Please do not take them outside. There is a $300 replacement fee for each if lost or damaged.

Jacuzzi:

To turn on the Jacuzzi, press the `Pump` button for 4 seconds, select the desired temperature, then press `Pump` again to set the intensity.
The lights can be turned on as well.
For safety, the pump will automatically shut off every 20 minutes; just press it again to continue.
When finished, please be careful with the steps. To turn off the Jacuzzi, press the `Pump` for 5 seconds until it says `Off.`
Make sure to cover the Jacuzzi afterward to keep it clean and prevent iguanas from getting in.

Ice Machine:

Located under the pergola, just press `On` for quick ice production.

Grill:

Open the gas valve at the bottom before use.
Be sure to close the gas valve when finished for safety.
Kitchen Stove:

To turn on the stove, press and hold the circle button until it lights up, then press the corresponding square for the burner.
If a red lock appears and it doesn’t work, press the lock for 5 seconds to unlock.
Security Cameras:

For your safety, there are security cameras at the entrance and near the pool.
Rest assured, they do not cover the Jacuzzi area to respect your privacy.
