Leave all sheets on their beds and towels in bathrooms. No cleaning, no washing anything. Enjoy as long as you can! :-)
Unplug all electric items on kitchen counter! Set the AC to 78 degrees. Make sure all doors and windows are locked. Turn all lights and fans OFF inside and outside on all decks.
Remove all floating items from the pool. Make sure front door is locked and gates are closed. Bring your trash to the garbage bins close to the gate: the blue bin is for recycling.

Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay at this Hallandale Beach house! Upon arrival, we were greeted by our host Yolande and were given a tour of the house and outside pool area. The house is beautifully decorated with fun pieces throughout and had anything we would need for our stay. We loved hanging by the pool during the day. The house is close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach! Yolande was very friendly and great to work with! We would definitely want to come back!

My husband and I have been searching for our "go-to" home in the Ft. Lauderdale area for years. Well ... we found it! This home is everything it is pictured to be and more. Beautiful interior, very clean, more amenities than we have ever experienced in a rental home, and perfect, completely private pool area. Just can't extoll the wonderful features enough. Beautiful, private, just as pictured.

Yolande was a great host and had great communication both leading up and during our stay. Property it beautiful, just as pictured. I went with a group of girl friends and we felt completely safe in the area. Such a nice home, definitely book this :)

Amazing house perfect location

Perfect stay

Everything went great! The house was very nice and clean. The pool area is amazing. The outdoor shower transports you to somewhere in Costa Rica. My family and I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!

Great spring getaway

Outstanding host. It was exactly as listed and more. Pool was great, private balconies. Everything was great. Very well equipped kitchen.

Wonderful vacation

The house needs some updating, but overall we had everything we needed. The large yard was great for our dogs and the pool is wonderful! Yolanda was very responsive to anything we needed. She’s a fantastic host!

Great stay

My husband and i stayed at this property for 6 nights. Yolande the owner meets us at the house she is wonderful. The house is clean and well equipped with everything you will need the pool area is great. We brought our 3 dogs the yard is completely fenced and they loved running around in it.

The location was great. The house is located right in the middle of everything. We only had one problem with the main bath shower draining, but other then that very nice house.

Wonderful stay!

The house exceeded our expectations! The house manager was so friendly and professional. She also included extra supplies, so we didn't need to buy anything. The pool area is lovely, bigger than an average pool and lots of deck seating. We highly recommend this house and hope to stay again in the future!

This place is a GEM!!

Yolande was the epitome of "make sure your guest have everything they need". The home is beautifully done, the art and decor made us feel we were in Italy somewhere. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Although the neighborhood appears to be in transition we felt safe and how private and secure the home is we had not a worry in the world. Would certainly stay there again.

NFL Stay

The property was in very good condition and close to the Hard Rock Stadium where we attended an NFL game. The property met and surpassed all of our expectations. I would surely rent here again if I were to attend another event in the area.

A home away from home

It’s rare when a property looks exactly like the photos—or even better—but this home truly exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely stunning: beautifully decorated, spotless, and clearly well cared for.Yolanda, the owner, was incredible—gracious, responsive, and proactive in her communication throughout our stay.The home itself is very spacious with four bedrooms, so all of our kids had their own rooms. Two of the bedrooms even had private decks, which was such a treat!The pool and deck area stole the spotlight—we spent most of our time relaxing there. There were plenty of pool toys and floats for the kids and adults to enjoy.We stayed for five days but could’ve easily stayed another week—we felt that comfortable and at home.The location was ideal, just two miles from the beach, and close to great shops and restaurants.My family and I absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this property a thousand times over.

Amazing

This property is a hidden gem and I mean that in every way. Privacy all the way around and a little piece of paradise when you get in. Host was super friendly and made sure you had everything you needed and more. Def my new home away from home whenever I go to the area.

Had a great time!

Owner was very accommodating on our check-in and check-out and very helpful, asking several times if there was anything else we needed. We were doing a family reunion with 5 sisters after a cruise and property was close to shopping, beaches, etc, plus loved the pool! Owner also supplied basic laundry and kitchen supplies which was very helpful and appreciated! Also loved the two covered open porches for private get-away time!

5 minutes drive to Whole foods, Target and Best Buy. 10 minutes from huge Aventura Mall and 10 minutes to Golden Beach, Sunny Isles Beach and Hollywood beach with its fantastic miles long pedestrian boardwalk along the Ocean.
