Beach Block condo, 2 bed, 2.5 bath - Perfect for couples or small families!

Terrific, beach-block condo available for rent. Steps from the beach and setup for long-term or short term rentals. 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Master bedroom has King bed, second bedroom has bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top. Great home for small families. A short walk to the beach, a 10 minute drive to Atlantic City, and less than 30 minutes to Ocean City. Brigantine is a quiet town, perfect for families, but it is close to a lot of excitement. Sheets are provided, beach chairs/umbrella/toys are provided, and all external furniture for sitting and enjoying coffee on the porch or deck. The owners are very responsive - reach out with questions!

We planned a very last minute beach trip before school started for our oldest and this was by far the best listing we found- talk about walking distance to the beach! Check in and check out was easy and the hosts were very communicative. We are already planning our next trip and hope we're able to stay here again.

Perfect getaway with easy access to the beach. Is kept very clean and tidy. Even had beach equipment like chairs and sand toys. Kitchen was also well equipped. Perfect for a family vacation, or just a couple.

The owners took the opportunity to purchase this condo in 2020. It has been the best decision. They spend as much time as possible in Brigantine, but have dedicated renters, both through VRBO and personally. They take great care of this home, and hope the renters feel welcomed when they stay.

We consider this condo a perfect little gem. It's near to the beach, on a quiet street, and within walking distance to many great food locations, shops, etc. Within 5 minutes, you have Tiki Taco, Jersey Cow Ice Cream, Cordivari's Restaurant, and many more.
