Located in Marietta Square, this adorable apartment is a dream. Welcome to your private basement suite - walking distance to the Square! It includes everything you need for a comfortable stay: a king-sized bedroom, a spacious living and work area with a desk and hi-speed internet, a small kitchen, private bathroom, and private entrance.

We are 1 Mile from Marietta Square with amazing restaurants and entertainment! You can get to Kennestone Hospital in 5 minutes, and we are right off I-75, making Truist Park, the Battery, and Atlanta quick drives.

You’ll enjoy a private suite with your own entrance; the upstairs is occupied, but you’ll have total privacy. You’ll be nestled on a very family-friendly street. Because of this, this rental might not be suitable for a night shift worker who needs adequate daytime rest.

We are conveniently located near a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and entertainment options on Marietta Square. We normally choose the 15-minute walk to get there, which is perfect for this time of year!

Came into town for Braves game. Found the perfect spot to stay. Not far from stadium. Easy to get to. Host was amazing! Will rebook when we come to next game.

Almost perfect, but some things to be aware of:Lovely little duplex style property, upper unit is occupied. Nice area of town and easy to find/access. No real complaints on our end, but there are some things that future customers might want to know:There are kids that live above, and they STOMP! Fortunately the stampeding throughout the house stopped after about 10pm both nights we stayed.The convertible couch is awfully uncomfortable, for sitting and for sleeping. There is a thick foam pad and a nice soft blanket provided, but it didn't help much. We didn't spend a ton of time lounging anyway, but our third guest had a bad night's sleep because of it.Overall very clean, roomy, and comfy space. Towels and linens kind of smell like they need some better detergent or maybe a vinegar wash. No access to a thermostat that I could find, but the temperature was comfortable for a hot June weekend. We just closed a vent when we got too chilly.All in all, still a great experience for us! Just minor inconveniences.
