Our luxurious and modernly furnished 3-bedroom apartment in downtown Böblingen features an open floor plan and bright rooms, making this apartment an exceptional place to stay. A large living-dining area connected to the modern and fully equipped kitchen creates a feeling of space and atmosphere. The balcony/garden offers a place in the sun in summer. Two bedrooms, each with a super king-size bed/two double beds, and a sofa bed in the living room ensure a restful night's sleep for a large family. Böblingen main station is an 8-minute walk away.
The bedroom offers plenty of space for your belongings with a large wardrobe. A comfortable 2m x 2m super king-size bed ensures a restful night's sleep. The second room has two double beds for the night. Here you will also find a desk with a chair to make your home office days productive.
If you only have a handbag, don't worry! Bed linen, towels, shampoo, and shower gel are included, so you can move in with just a handbag.
It is a new building from 2018 with high-quality amenities such as a video intercom system, underfloor heating, and underground parking. Our apartment is furnished with lots of designer furniture and other lovely details and looks forward to your visit!
