Overall this is a decent property. A lot of space, the pool is nice. We did not use the hot tub or the grill. The maintaince was quick to respond when needed. Would like to note the primary shower is awkward and i sliced my ankle open getting out of it because the corner is so sharp. The kitchen drawers are not attached to the hardware so they are just shelves that fall out of the cabinet. I was also required to pay a damage deposit in order to receive check-in information, which has never been a requirement for any property ive stayed at before. I paid the deposit because we had no other option. The house rules are strict and were sent serveral times on auto message. Was told there was no parking in the street allowed even though the entire neighborhood is parked in the street. No sound after 9 pm but the neighbors are yelling and draining their pool into the street. Very confusing.
