I rented a house for Think 360 Inc, employees on a business trip. Everything seemed ok, then first I received an e-mail stating that the wrong pictures were added to the house I rented, which seems very out of the order, the new pictures didn't look like anything I rented but at this point I have little to do and was close to the schedule date.
Then when our employees get to the address and key the code, somebody else was already in the house, the owner/manager stated they gave the wrong address, but I am left to believe this could be avoid by first having an accurate description with the correct photos, second if anything changes let the person knows BEFORE the people get into the address.
Not impressed with Home away nor with the house owner.
