The house was serene, clean and only 5 minutes from Callicoon Hills (our destination) so it was great!

We had an incredible time at this house! It was perfect for our family with young kids and if we had had more time we definitely would have stayed for longer. The basement with the pool table, air hockey and comfy couch with a TV was great for the rainy day we experienced while there and had all ages engaged!The house itself was in immaculate condition and super clean. Everything was provided that would make you feel at home - was especially nice to have a full kitchen to cook in for the night we wanted to eat in. We went in Fall so of course the whole catskills are beautiful, but the giant windows in the living room were stunning for soaking in the colors on the property.We are familiar with the Roscoe area but were pleasantly surprised that the owner was able to suggest some places to eat and visit that we hadn't been before in the surrounding towns. The location of the house was honestly perfect for getting to anywhere we wanted to go all within about 6-10 min.Typically when we rent places, the city we are going to is the highlight of our trip and our accommodations are kind of secondary, but this house/property definitely WAS a highlight all on it's own and we would recommend this to anyone looking for a feel of luxury in a more natural setting.
