Reseda Park & Lake (3 mi / ~10 min drive)
A local favorite with a duck pond, playgrounds, and plenty of space for picnics. Great for families and morning walks.

Lake Balboa Park (4 mi / ~12 min drive)

Guest access
Guests have private access to the front driveway and carport, the front yard and the front house. The living room wall divides the home into 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom in the front and a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom in the rear, which guests do not have access to use. The owners parents live there temporarily.
